Pres disqualified for walking on water!!!

Our club president was disqualified for walking on water (again!!). On being questioned on the feat, she commented , "Show me the rule book!!!". Well done Marn!!!

It's over!!!! We did good!!! Good bye Nationals!!!

Well - we came, we saw, we swam and we sort of conquered - but more than anything we had a really good time, met some great people, got nearly drowned in the "warm up" BUMPER POOL and swam our trunks off (not a pretty sight for some of us!).

All in all - a real hoot!!!

Training starts for Nationals

Serious “after event” training started Thursday night at pub night for the Masters Nationals to be held in Montreal next month. Members are practicing in earnest … especially for the “Jug-a-minute” masters event. So far, they have a long way to go.

Early Morning Swim

Swimmers pass the ray of light coming from the window in the Glen Forest Pool on Sunday morning. Although an early morning workout is EARLY, the sun streaming through the windows and into the water makes for a pleasant morning.
