So today is the day, the 1st official practice. I hope everyone is as excited as I am to get back into the pool and back to training. I know everyone is looking forward to another great season of swimming, full of lengths and meets and the occasional social to kick back and relax with friends and possibly a pint or two. I hope to see all you veterans out today and many new faces, so make sure everyone feels welcome, and lets have a great practice!

Summer Swimming

Even though Mother Nature might be holding out on the warmer weather, we are prepping for our summer season and accepting registrations for summer swimming. Practices will be held Monday & Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 9:00 in July & August @  the Lions Club of Credit Valley Outdoor Pool (formerly Port Credit) - 20 Rosewood Dr., Mississauga, ON, L5G 3H9.

NATIONALS!

With just over a month of training time left, 

the count down is on for the Canadian Masters Swimming Championships

Our team is training hard in preparation of the big event and everyone is ramping up for the nights out on the town in Ottawa's Byward market. So far we have 8 confirmed swimmers, and we wish them all the best in their training for the next month and not to worry the rest of us will keep you motivated along the way.

New Year

Despite the slight set back last Thursday, members were back in the pool Sunday for the 1st eye opening practice of the year. I believe we will all start to asses how good (or bad) the holiday season were to us. Happy Swimming in 2013!
